Az oly sikeres Lavór Tours (már idegenvezetéssel is!) hozzánk is megérkezett (köszi Bob), a résztvevők (1 fő) által legkedveltebb rész az apa székéhez való megérkezés, és körbeforgás.

So Mimi celebrated new year with some standing alone just for her own pleasure and stepping two towards us (the link is a Hungarian poem referencing "stepping two" - can't translate).

Amúgy az egyik legnehezebb ebben az egész szülősködésben azt megállni, hogy ne segíts a gyerekednek mikor látod, hogy szendved valamivel. Itt ez a kis kukac aki a térdemig ha ér és képes újra és újra hosszú percekig megpróbálni kinyitni azt a kis hülye ablakot a könyvön, hogy megnézze a rókát alatta. És nem megy. Próbálja és próbálja és látom, hogy kezd elege lenni, de próbálja tovább. Én már ugranék, hogy nyissam neki, de újra és újra észbe kell idéznem, nem az a megoldás. Ugye, halászni taníts, ne a halat add.
Aztán mikor feladja épp, akkor lépek oda, hajlítom be az ablak szélét és bíztatom, hogy próbálja újra. Aztán vele együtt örülök, mikor sikerül, de mire idérünk a szívem szakad meg. És ez egy vacak kis ablak egy vacak kis könyvön. Mi lesz ha majd egy rossz kapcsolatban vergődik majd? És mi lesz ha lesz még tényleg másik kettő is? Hogy lehet ezt megtanulni kezelni?

By the way one of the hardest thing in being a parent is not to help to your child when you see her struggling. There is this little critter who hardly reaches my knee and she can sit and tries to open a stupid flap on a stupid book to see the stupid fox under, again and again for long long minutes. and it doesn't happen. And she tries and tries and I see she's getting frustrated but tries again. I'm about to jump in to open it for her but have to remember again and again that isn't the solution. Teach her to fish, not to give her the fish, right?
And when she's about to give up I step in folding the edge of the flap and encourage her to try again. Then I'm cheering for her when she manages but by this time my heart is in pieces. And this is a rubbish little flap on a rubbish little book. What will I do when she's stuck in a bad relationship? And how will it be if we really will have two more? How can one learn to cope?

Mimi es a hinta - masodik probalkozas

Nagyon jól sikerült kép mindkettőnkről (fotókönyv készül a kórháznak néhány 2011es bébiről).
Amúgy meg Mimi fogzik (2.5-nél áll jelenleg), feláll ahol csak tud, néha ott is, ahol nem - ebből nagyrészt esés lesz és pár napja elkezdett lépkdeni az ülőgarnitúrába kapaszkodva. Kétpofára nyomja be a gluténmentes (amúgy tök finom) kenyeret és a málnát. Szóval csak mint egy normál egy éves:)

A part of this Mimi is at full on teething mode (2.5 so far), stand up wherever she can, and sometimes wherever she can't - that generally ends with a fall and a couple of days ago started to cruise around while grabbing the sofa. She's happy to munch on the gluten free bread (which is surprisingly yummie) and raspberries. So she's just like a normal one year old:)

This is the beginning of a beautiful friendship...

Ez egy csodálatos barátság kezdete...

Before today Mimi wasn't Polish nor Hungarian officially (long story and long bureaucracy).
A mai nap előtt Mimi hivatalosan sem lengyel, sem magyar nem volt (hosszú sztori és hosszú ügyintézés).

Right now it isn't easy to feed Mimi. She's still shows fast reactions (half of her face turns red and rashy) to cow's milk (still to try goat's one) and after a couple of days of gluten free (no wheat, rye and oats) diet it seems that she has a reaction to gluten too and I'm seriously struggling what on earth to feed her for lunch as the rest is mostly covered, luckily we live in a country where "free from and organic" stuff is pretty common in any supermarket. There is so long I can give her omlett (she eats 2 eggs easily!) so I'd need some advice, ideas for things that I can batch cook and freeze possibly, or it's ready under 10 minutes. Getting a bit desperate really.

z - a kecsketejet fogjuk próbálni legközelebb) és néhány nap gluténmentes diéta után (se búzaliszt, se rozs, se zab) úgy tűnik, hogy a gluténra sem reagál túl jól és én komoly gondban vagyok, hogy mit adjak neki ebédre. A reggeli, vacsi és rágcsi nem gáz, mert szerencsére olyan országban élünk, ahol a "mentes és bio" cuccok a legtöbb boltban elérhetőek. De nem adhatok neki tojásrántottá ebédre minden nap (2 tojást simán benyom) szóval szükségem lenne némi tanácsra, ötletekre, lehetőleg olyasmire, amit el tudok nagy adagban készíteni és fagyasztani, vagy kész van 10 perc alatt. Igazából kezdek kicsit elkeseredni.
(Jah, és ebéd alatt itt valami "könnyűt" kell érteni, rendes főtt kaját este eszik velünk, angol szokás szerint. Ha lehetne valószínű vajas kenyeret adnék almával, vagy zabpelyhes palacsintát gyümölcsjoghurttal, ilyenek).
